  • Waiting for Calls: Staff log into the Cocall system to be ready to receive calls
  • Creating a Call: Customers visit your website and use the pre-integrated interface to start a call.
  • Connecting with Staff: The system will automatically connect the customer with the waiting staff.
  • Transmitting Information: Call information is transmitted over the internet using WebRTC technology.
  • Monitoring and Storage The system will monitor and record the call.

Getting Started

Integrating Cocall into your website is very simple and does not require in-depth knowledge of web development. The following steps provide detailed instructions for integration, check

Register Organization

  • Register a new organization here. Note to choose the type of organization when creating an account.
  • After registering, log in and access settings, to get your organization's information. Copy the script or Link url.

Add Script to Website

Copy the script tag into the html of your website at the following location:

After adding, open the web to check if the call button appears at the bottom right corner. If integrated successfully, the button will be displayed

Using iframe link

If you prefer not to use our default button, you can use the iframe link. Just open the link in a new tab, within an iframe, or send it via email or message to customers to make a call. If using the link, there is no need to add a script

Listening

To receive calls from customers, you need to log into the system. After logging in, go to the listening menu. Choose start to listen for calls.

Creating a Call:

Go to your website and click the call button. A call interface will be displayed. Click on the phone call icon to create a new call. When a new call is created, the system will find the best online staff to connect.
